Expert
siting and product selection based on our experience installing
over 3,000 rack spaces at Stanford University. We can
work from your site plan or from an on-site visit.
Site
analysis
If
you build it, will they come? We can evaluate proposed
sites with respect to access and flow from adjacent streets
and buildings, to ensure that your facility attracts its
intended users and doesn't create unforeseen safety hazards
on the way to the door. We can work remotely from your
plans, sketches, and photos, or discuss the options in
person on a site visit.

Facility
development and construction |

Solutions can take the worry out of selecting and managing
contractors for your bicycle storage projects. We know
how a facility should work for users, supervisors, and
maintenance personnel, and our experienced associates
have worked with us on numerous enclosures. We can get
the job done right.
Projects:
Soquel
/ Front Parking Garage commuter bicycle enclosures,
for City of Santa Cruz, CA
Working
with the city's Parking Manager, we designed and constructed
3 bike cages, each with ornamental iron panels and a
proximity-card access system wired into the facility's
existing security system. We equipped the enclosures
with 50 spaces of our Series A 2-level locking bike
storage racks.
Palo
Alto Bikestation, for Palo Alto Bicycles Inc., Palo Alto,
CA
We
designed and constructed 100 spaces of 2-level bicycle
storage using a mix of commercial bike shop fixtures,
reconfigured outdoor racks, and industrial storage fixtures.
Additional 4-level storage was constructed for storage
of boxed bicycles waiting to be assembled for sale.

Commuter
bike garage, for Informix Software Inc., Menlo Park,
CA
We
helped the company's Facilities staff transform a 2-car
carport next to their building into a secure 20-bicycle
enclosure with individual 1-cubic-foot lockers for bike
accessories. We connected the company with an experienced
contractors who installed the enclosure panels, access
gates, smart door lock, and accessory lockers. We obtained
and installed bike racks. (Images)

Upgrading
Does
your workplace or school still have obsolete bike racks
that don't work with today's bike frames and U-locks?
We can select, lay out, and install new racks, lockers,
or shared storage capacity to bring your existing installations
up to date. We have extensive experience creating large-scale
bicycle parking areas for campuses and transit stations,
to maximize storage while streamlining the flow of cyclists
to and from the associated buildings or station.
