you need to present the classroom portion of LAB's
Road I class, or shorter classes whenever you

Content
The
Street Skills slideshow incorporates over 160
slides featuring hundreds of high-quality images
and animations, and currently includes 10 video
clips. The Main module's "Topics" slide
is a visual menu linked to 11 Topic modules, making
it easy to structure your time and keep your audience
oriented. Each Topic module is a PowerPoint slideshow
that can also be used by itself for opportunities
such as "brown-bag" seminars or club
meetings.

The video clips are integrated into the slideshow
but are also available on the CD as QuickTime (Macintosh)
or AVI (Windows) files.

points and narrative per slide, with tabs for the
Main module and each Topic module.
More than just a list of "talking points",
these detailed notes are based on the actual narration
I've used while teaching a 4-hour class. Not having
to develop 4 hours of spoken content lets you quickly
become comfortable delivering the presentation and
tailoring it to your needs. The Instructor Notes can
be used for reference while teaching.

To
support the high standards set by the League of American
Bicyclists (LAB) instructor certification program, the
Street Skills Instructor Package is sold only for use
by League
Cycling Instructors (LCIs). Agencies and organizations
may purchase the product provided that it will be used
only for classes taught by LCIs. We offer two license
options:
Individual:
For individual League Cycling Instructors. Includes
presentation CDs and Instructor Notes binder. Price
is $280.00 plus sales tax (where applicable); shipping
is included.
Organizational:
For
organizations or agencies offering bicycle driver education
classes taught by LCIs. Price includes one Instructor
Notes binder, plus presentation CDs for the desired
number of Registered LCIs. If an LCI leaves its program,
the organization or agency may substitute another LCI
subject to its number of Registered LCIs. Please provide
a list of LCI numbers and names when ordering.
