Cancellation & Refund

Cancellations can be arranged and refunded with certain exceptions and time limits. Our instructors begin prep and travel to your lesson site two hours in advance so our policies reflect their time spent. Credits are not provided except for possible medical or emergency reasons.

GENERAL

• If an instructor cannot accept a lesson, cancels, or does not show up - full refund

• Cancellations more than 24 hours in advance - full refund

• Rescheduling more than 24 hours in advance - no charge

• Cancellations or schedule changes 2 to 24 hours in advance of lesson start time - $100 withholding, remainder refunded or applied to new schedule

• No show or cancellation/change less than 2 hours in advance - no refund

• Lack of participation or reduction in number of students - no refund

WEATHER

If rain is underway or likely the day of the lesson, the instructor will contact you at least two hours before the start time by text unless you let them know you prefer email or voice. Many Bicycle Solutions instructors and students are happy to learn in the rain, but this varies and is optional. Lightning or thunder always cancels lessons.

MEDICAL OR EMERGENCY

Refunds are not provided for cancellations within 2 hours of lesson time. For medical or emergency cancellations we may be able to transfer up to 50% of your registration fee to a time-limited gift certificate for future use. Contact us if cancellation was for medical or emergency reasons.
